You can return products within 14 days of receipt for any reason, even if the item is not defective or damaged, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Atelier Gamo Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Atelier Gamo! We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you need to return an item, here's how our process works.
You'll need to provide us with the following information:
Your order number.
A clear description of the issue.
Photos or videos of the defective, damaged, or incorrect item (this is very important to speed up the process).
Important:Do not send your item back to the original sender listed on the package. This is typically the address of our printing partner and not the correct address to process your return. If a return shipping label or return to a partner location will be required, you will receive both all instructions and applicable labels via email—returns are never processed through our Prague office.
2. Return Address
At Atelier Gamo, we work with multiple partners worldwide to offer you the best variety and quality of products. Therefore, the return addressvaries depending on the item and its origin.
Once your return request is approved and your item is determined to be eligible, we will email you the return instructions and address (usually a partner warehouse). No returns to our Prague office.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us within3 daysof delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Clear photos of the issue are essential for us to evaluate and correct it quickly.
4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
Personalised products:This includes special orders or items that have been uniquely customised, unless there's a printing error or damage on our part.
Gift cards.
Sale items or final clearance items.

5. Refunds
We will notify you by email once we've received and inspected your return. We'll also let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within15 business days.
Please remember it can take some additional time for your bankor credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
