Returns and exchanges are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
For customers in Europe:
Under applicable EU consumer protection laws, consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving their order.
However, this right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized.
As Atelier Gamo products are made to order and may include custom names, text, images, or other personalized elements requested by the customer, personalized products are not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange once production has begun, except where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
For non-personalized products, eligible customers may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

To initiate a return, please contact us at ateliergamo@outlook.com or through our contact form on our website.
Please provide:
• Your order number
• A clear description of the issue
• Photos or videos of the defective, damaged, or incorrect item
Providing clear photos helps us review and resolve your request more quickly.
Important: Do not send your item back to the sender address listed on the package. This address usually belongs to one of our production partners and is not authorized to process returns. If a return is approved, we will provide the correct return instructions and address by email.
2. Return Address
Atelier Gamo works with multiple production partners worldwide. Therefore, return addresses vary depending on the product and fulfillment location.
If your return request is approved, we will provide the appropriate return address and instructions by email.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
To help us resolve the issue efficiently, please provide clear photographs showing the problem, including the product and, when applicable, the packaging.
4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Personalized or custom-made products, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect
• Gift cards
• Sale items or final clearance items

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 15 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
6. Order Cancellations
Because most Atelier Gamo products are made to order, cancellation requests can only be accepted before production begins.
Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled, except where required by applicable law.
